Too long to install games on PS4 (FIFA 17)

I bought the game in PS Store. Have downloaded the installation file is 10Gb, went into the game.

I have the opportunity to play just a quick match while you install the game. This plant reaches 85% of all. Next is 3 hours not moving. Been there - deleted the game and downloaded it again - again.

What could be the problem? How to solve? Google and tech in. EA do not say anything intelligible
