How to get quest the Magic crystals in stock (Risen 3: Titan Lords)

Completed the quest Ramona, collected 3 of the crystal, including in the warehouse, but burning quest Magical crystals in stock and a red cross warehouse. I have the parrot on the second floor all smoothed out, all chests opened there. What to do, help!!!!
