Interlevel video (Area 51)

The problem is that I have terribly frisat interlevel video review of the hero (as if progruzhat choppy voice GG and slides). Is there a solution to this problem? percents Core2duo , video: GF GTX 550Ti, 4Gb DDR3 RAM.

Solved by disabling vertical sync in the video drivers. But without a rifle and the character will not jump.
