The problem with the pause menu (Fallout: New Vegas)

Decided to download Fallout: New Vegas, threw a few mods from the patch, and have found a nasty problem. After a short time after the start of the new game has lost the ability to click on all the tabs in the pause menu, except for the MCM menu.
