Care from the cops at high level of persecution (Watch_Dogs 2)

To leave from a pursuit impossible,if it rises to the level 3-4 mark(bottom left corner) cars of cops appear in batches on the road endlessly ... what I just did - blew tubes on the road,the traffic lights are retarded.. they are not over + the helicopter from which they cannot leave.Shot down the helicopter from a machine gun - no one around - and I can still see and special forces already running towards me.What to do in this situation? Just die as soon as possible to the game to continue?
