Game optimization, video card, graphics. (Need for Speed (2015))

Hello.
Just got Need for speed
And there urashima graphics.. I can not how to set rules.. that just does not periglacial.. Maybe there are already some patches or something.. that would optimize the graphics?
the parameters of the comp:
percents: i7-3612QM 2.1 GHz
RAM: 12GB
vidyuhi: GeForce gt 640m 2GB

Strange config ...I would have sold.
and graphics, everything is simple , if included TTA , it does not matter kakim there are other settings , the difference almost will not be.
