Question about performance. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Hello.I decided to pass this excellent game, looked at the minimum requirements and thought that I would go.Running I found that at the most minimum config(to remove the grass, etc) emit a maximum of 10-20 FPS, and every few minutes there is a frieze for a couple of seconds.What to do?P. S the characteristics of the comp:
CPU:AMD Athlon(tm) X2 370K Dual Core Processor 4.00 GHz
RAM: 8GB.
Graphics: 750 Ti(2 GB)

If you do not help the advice of a fellow on top, then there is only a processor change. And so do a 750 ti the Witcher quietly on medium-high to get needs.

exactly. 750ти pulls the Witcher on high with Locke 30 fps. hair to put only good processors.

A demanding game demanding need iron,750ti budget bung you on average play in 30 fps,without hairworks,smoothing and rifle.
