Endings. (Dishonored 2)

What if the game will go dead,but I often found that bodies will be found?It's a bad or good ending will be?Ie I very often just stun,but not hiding,still body find.

To beat the game on good ending is not enough to kill more than three people per mission, and detection and it does not affect.

Not sure about three. In the second task, the chaos gave way to high after about the 7th killed, though some died in conjunction dominoes.
