Parental control (Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City)
I bought the game in stean, created account Games for Windows Live, can't add someone as a friend due to the fact that the account is hanging parental controls. Where does this control come from and how to get rid of it?4 Comments

well, I guess that means you or him pupils and follow you... maybe age crooked specified when creating the profile...

Good question, however the answer is not likely to find. GFWL does what he wants when he wants. More wretched service has never been, even to disable and delete the developers failed. Try to dig into the settings or use a local (offline) profile.
