Jump FPS (Quantum Break)

Finally delivered and after a break decided to beat at QB with the hope that something has changed...But this is not so.
Video card - MSI Gaming Z 1080 / Percents - i7 4470k
Is the game on the railway.

Wild jumps in FPS, especially when using all sorts of lame stuff (jump, freeze, etc.)
I do not understand what is the problem? 60 stable FPS, the game throws in normal running / shooting etc, but as soon as chromogene - and jump to 25-30 FPS.

Experts, prompt how to fix the problem? People say that on the SSD if you play, then these freezes and jumps there, right? Is it worth it to migrate to the SSD game?

I have 1060 - worked 50-80 fps on most vyslkih (but some option was not there highest)
When synchronization is enabled, the fps dropped to 30.

I'm not here sync was turned off, everything else high the too. Tried to disable anti-aliasing - one of Fig. I'm more on the railway sin, then disable sync will unsubscribe about results.
