It's random. Lucky - there are free players and they accepted - then joined. No luck - no.
But what really pisses - imbalanced cops-players who can catch you at speeds over 250 km/h And it is a pattern and not a single bug. Rides this dude on his COP Lamborghini near your cars at breakneck speed, and the timer already counts down catching 7 seconds to catch, really annoying. Would have limited the speed of catching at least 100.

Else noticed the extremely annoying an annoying bug in a long job groups after 5-10km after the start, lost navigation on the map and only label checkpoint on the edge of the map, but it is ~50km and do XS where to go. This is really really annoying
