NifSkope and New Vegas question (Fallout: New Vegas)

Tried to attach the strap to the pants via NifSkope. All is displayed, but when you change body position (bent over, sat down), the belt falls in the body. I suspect that he is somehow not properly attached to the bones, but how to fix it - I have no idea
