30 FPS (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive)

Tested on miners a few times already,no one found.Fps just plummeted in the COP and in other games.Don't even know why.System reinstalled,nothing changed.Even when upgraded to Windows 10, everything remained the same.Struggling with this for over a year.
Se7en NastY Usually when fps drops dramatically in all the games it miner. Try none in the stress test to run for an hour at least.
