You don't see some logs (Fallout 4)

you don't see some logs: survival in the wasteland № 4,5 and almanac Islander 3,5. the journals themselves are selected and lie on the shelf. question: do they give me the bonus or not?

i.e. the storage of logs in the box is just a fan.

I also have all logs found, and these, too, are not displayed in statistics. Probably a bug of the game.
