Another bug in nuka World (Fallout 4)
Take the bottling plant. Cleared everything, killed the uterus, cleaned inside and out. But the quest mark is still hanging on the plant, I go to the factory and all it says I have to clean up. It means someone left. You have to kill all, not only in the factory, and around it. Electricity at anything.

Turn on TCL in a pinch and check again. I find it easier, I have detection purposes.
