About optimization (Just Cause 3)

Not like the weak configuration(profile set),I play on medium high,notably sags fps in firefights and driving.What's wrong with this game?

Found a solution to prog Mem reduct, unloads operatives, the game itself why it eats less, plus flushes the cache, in settings put that so was every 5 minutes and almost no posadov
