Question about fashion (Blessed Mother Base Facilities Mod v1.1-26-1-1) (Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain)

This mod allows to have in each unit 1280 people, which automatically removes the need to play online.
And, as everyone knows, the CPY broke the game with all available content, but, thanks to my claws, or just for some reason, this mod on the pirates refuses to work. Although in the original cracked version 1.05 it seems that it worked as it should.
A question for people that use this mod, and especially those who yuzaet pirates - mod working?
