Question about the selection of players into battle on PS4 (Call of Duty: Warzone)

The question may be idiotic , but still can someone in the know-

For example, this situation with the game on ps4:
1.The cross-platform on ps4 turned off in the game settings.
2.I am a group leader(host)
3.I play with a connected mouse and keyboard, and the rest of the squad there.

Question: if I run the game with the conditions above, the selection of players with the session will only be for those units ,which also hosts play on the keyboard/mouse on ps4? Generally there are/there is no division among the players ps4 on input device?
