Friesians online (Grand Theft Auto 5)

The problem is quite strange. But first, what's on Board:
FX-8350
GTX1050TI
16 ram (1866 mhz)
1TB HDD
win10
These are the computer settings allow me to play the single on ultra in 63 of the frame completely stable. The plane was removed to the fps jumped.
But when connecting to online session, the performance drops significantly. 40-50 fps everywhere, under all circumstances.(casino, driving, flying, in the city).
All manipulations concerning the extra body kits for the Windows type of virus scan, etc - just no. To put in Priorat in despicere - are not.
But it's funny that when in session, none of the players except me (in free mode) then everything is stable 60-63 of the frame, all smooth and without interference. Well, if I am again redirected to a different session to the other players, then again freezes. Regardless of what's next or not. That came to me that drops fps when in session, there's someone else. (in missions all okay).
No assumptions about the solutions to this problem, except to buy a SSD. What type of my current drive can not cope with the rapid processing of data of other players, apparently well and therefore, all frieze.(well, this is my personal opinion)
