When you start GTA 5 Online runs a regular GTA? (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Hello,I have problem when starting GTA 5 with launcher RGL game starts,but I can only log in story mode and in GTA ONLINE there.
The fact that there is no icon to sign in to GTA Online. Only in the storyline.
Help solve the problem, please.
