Dead Pixel?
Hi all.People who understand this,tell me.Photo dead pixel?The screen clean.Tonny Boy19
Dead pixel looks stupid as a black dot, then a stain of some sort... Not crushed, not dropped? xD
.Chiken
Do not drop for sure....Pressed....hmmm...well Protaras cloth, maybe because of this?
Need to buy a cleaning kit (spray + microfiber cloth, reusable better), spray the cleaner on a sponge (a bit, wait until almost dry and gently wipe the surface of the monitor). Feedback about the quality of care monitor, we can see, for example, on Yandex Market (Section: Computer equipment - consumables for computer equipment - Cleaning supplies for computer equipment - Funds to care for the monitor). I used to wipe the monitor, this means:
However, he ran out the expiration date, with the result that the spots were smeared on the surface of the monitor, had to buy another set that was on sale (Cleaning kit Miraclean also cleans stains, no smell, cheap).
And what is the two large yellow spots on the photo on the right and left? On my monitor there are none. How old is the monitor to use, what model of monitor?

Don't need this spot to RUB. Most likely, the photo is not very clear, it is on the substrate of the LCD, not the outside, and there from moisture. Or pushes something on the display back. Dead pixels are not visible on a white background, and black look like starry sky.
Someone can explain me why my previous comment zaminusili? I wanted to help people. What's wrong with rubbing special gear that effectively removes contamination? It may be better to wipe it with a dirty rag or never wipe? This morning I wrote a review where I recommend this program to test the monitor for dead pixels and provide a link to download, it was erased without explanation. After that I have lost all desire to write anything on this site and try to help people. If the cause of pollution, all we can do is to wipe the stain. If the reason is different, you will have to buy a new monitor.

Let me explain. Usually the monitors are different brands and models have the outer coating (Different Chemical. the composition of the polymer). For each of the models has its own user manual from the manufacturer. In it write what is the remedy, or rather how the composition can be applied. The gentle, for all surfaces is isopropyl alcohol + distilled water. If isopropyl in the product enough, you will divorce, not all the fat will dissolve. I personally met the instructions for the two screens contraindications to the media containing ammonia. Type green Mr muscle, which idealno suitable as a washing liquid for inkjet printers.
Personal experience has shown that Yes means with the addition of ammonia (isopropyl almost everywhere already) better uberall dirt and leaves no residue. But manufacturers Forbid its use. Type the ammonia eats away the protective coating.
And your tool does the composition - secret Commercial!
And this spot doesn't look like external contamination. It's like a speck of dust caught between the reflective films that are between the matrix milking the outermost layer of the panel.
I have had the experience not quite sterile fixation of the matrix. Portion between the films (there are a few pieces) got a gnat. The result, as in this particular case. Ie not clear dead pixel, and smeared with a contrasting dark stain on any of the colors.
Okay, I admit that I am not competent in this question, but not knowing the model of the monitor, it is impossible to recommend the right tool to clean it. Me these means I brought only as an example, not insisting on their use, I myself used them, spot on my monitor (AOC G2460PG) they were cleaned perfectly, leaving no streaks. By the way, today I noticed that on my monitor in the upper left corner appeared pale and not too noticeable thin white stripe, but it's not dead pixels, it seems to me, a glare. Perhaps the monitor for long periods without switching off (about 2 days), hope it off will help to resolve the issue.

Minus 4 it's not 30-70 as it is now in topics for the Last of Us 2. So do not worry.
Thank You, Recochica. I'm not a master on repair of monitors, and just shared their experience. Now turn off your monitor for 1.5 hours, the white stripes are gone, specially tested program IsMyLcdOK.
