vibration gamepad, which means? ps4 (Deus Ex: Mankind Divided)

when it comes to certain places, the gamepad starts to vibrate the harder it is weaker
for example in a nightclub mission about neon
or bar Ludwig on the market square

the pattern does not understand what this means?

I thought it was because of the music vibration, what type of bass. I also just noticed today, although I play on PC with a gamepad. Only here in the rhythm of the falls, but still the other options I have, there's no other reason for the vibration.
