The boss in the blood (Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain)

Bug. The boss is constantly in the blood, change of costume and the shower did not help. Other characters all the rules. Please tell me how to get blood out

It's not a bug,so conceived. Do good things and snake will be normal (catch animals,evacuate the wounded,do not kill anyone)
