Xbox one will not load (Sleeping Dogs)

In General, the guys such a problem now give the game for free if you have gold subscription and I started to install it and load up 61% and says installation aborted, I get an error 0x87e0000f. On the website there are options for how to fix this error but none helped and the operators themselves of maykrasoft I don't help...

All should be able to fix it by changing the position of the place(Russia to Italy) and have deleted the game and downloaded it again and changed back to Russia. Who will have the same problem and advice from the office site don't help try this.
