Not running anything except the library.

Repeated Trims, which now confronted me. Last updated dozen, then Steam stopped working normally. The library is open, the game started, Bigpicture also works, but the browser in the Incentive marketplace and the profile is not loaded. Stupid infinite loading and all(and the wheel next to the mouse that spins around and around, that pisses me off). Re-installed Steam, removing it completely. I tried in other folders to install - do not care. Thinking of doing a system restore, but hardly it will solve the problem, as in the same Opera Steam running, and on another computer, Steam works fine. Who knows how to solve it?
