A misunderstanding with the ending. (Spider-Man: Web of Shadows)

In short, I chose bad everywhere but the cat.
And when the game was auto I chose a bad way.
And after defeating venom,I had 2 bad alternative ending. And these 2 choices with the cat affect the ending...
