How to organize the genocide of a particular race on the planet stellaris, and then how to populate it with another race?Captured the planet on which we live the other races. you in politics (f7 or f8) must be permission to have this installed, and it should support the chosen control scheme of your Empire. And so do click on the sector where they > divut button and the genocide or something like this

Let the relocation and move 1 of your own race or the robot together and then cut them arbitrarily.

It is still possible to enslave them, and they automatically in the slave faction will get. ( of course you have to be the principle of Collectivism/Xenophobia)

Well, during the war consecutive years 10-30 maximum planet to bomb, it is likely that everyone there will die. Smaller colonies for example, and for a year disappear.
