Strangeness after upgrade (Battlefield 1)

Updated the game today 13.12.16 then not going to the game, entered the activation code on the Set of Hell fighters of Harlem. Then went in game and saw that was missing all of the accumulated bonds, details, and grades classes. Overall grade on the spot, like all the tokens and stuff. What is the reason?
