Just sick of this new sound (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive)

In a recent update in cs GO added a new feature for better positioning of sound sources. I didn't like it (the sound such as if the cassette in the recorder is jammed) and I immediately turned it off. Then a few competitive matches they had heard and seen in the chat as this new feature is praised. Very well defined sound source. And so I decided to turn it on again. However, after 10 minutes I felt that something was wrong. Began to salivate and drove cheekbones. Getting up from the computer I realized that in my stomach start to bubble. Came the urge to vomit. In total I waited about 5 minutes near the toilet, just in case, until everything has passed.
You know something like that? What sound settings play? I have one sound so much float? Because many praise this new feature.
