I decided to install a few mods: ultra brutal gore and blood, I start to hang out. although the characteristics of my computer are not that bad intel core i5 7300, geforce gtx 1050ti, so I started to hang out, I decided to limit the settings, but this did not help and I removed the mods folder, start the game, put on high settings and no difference, I have twice reinstalled the game and drivers updated - nothing helps, please help me
