How to forge a sword that can be worn in the city? (Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord)

As far as I know, the city can only be worn staves and batons. The dagger does not allow.

In the city, you can carry a sword with a length of no more than 100, you can even create a yard sword with a length of 100 and it will have 2 inscriptions like a one-handed sword and a yard sword (can be used in one-handed version and two-handed)
