Assistance in setting up your controller on your PC

Bought the XBOX one controller, connect the wire. The problem is that when it is turned on and the game is minimized, may not work the keyboard when pressing the link with the mouse in the browser it is downloaded and not opened. Also left stick reduces the overall volume of the Windows, even when you're in the game running back.
How the whole thing can be set?

Have you got th-system (OS). There is a possibility to test on another PC or another OS. I have data pads anywhere else, no problems. Right now I will look there in the settings.
If there were any software for controllers to purchase. Cut it out.
Just in the Windows. No settings Pada Microsoft no except calibration.
