The problem with the capacity in Requiem (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Skyrim SE is an unofficial patch, SkyUI + SkyUI away, SKSE (for Requiem), plus survival and alternative start. Before you install the Requiem everything worked perfectly. But after installing it, when starting a new game, my maximum capacity is equal to 0.



And overweight I have even if I throw all the things. Have you tried survival but it didn't help. How to fix?
