Rate 200mbit\sec.
The recent problems with terrible ping and packet loss in games and not only.
Even cut the speed of p2p (torrents) always rocked the 23-24мбайт. Now, barely 12мбайт.
Ping on Russia was 55ms 80ms now. Europe 130 150-160 now.
Calling 165 say that they are Holy and are not to blame , and indeed they are not responsible for ping and speed outside of the country.
We all people are inactive and find other subscribers difficult. So I write here and not only.
To switch providers impossible for the monopoly 2 providers : Beeline and Kazakhtelecom structure and problems are the same. Now I have just 2 providers.
