Mod to AI (Mass Effect 3)

Play ME3 and don't know what happened to the game. I have the feeling that AI just disappeared, but instead enemies set to the set of scripts. The enemy has been spawned, he order to go to point A. And all, nothing stops him. Shooting at him, he is one. No, it goes to the right point and nothing will change his purpose. This is not possible in tactics. That is not to push, capturing the position and ousting the enemy, they never goes on the defensive. You killed enemies until there are no new defected on, defend that position, but it's impossible for the enemies, as if by script, go to their old position
What is the actual question: is There a mod that fixes the AI of the enemies? Because any fight turns from shooter to Tower defense games

I also never delved into these details. Behave like the AI is initially in the M3, so still and lead. On a similar mod, not heard.
