NAT type: Moderate (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Guys, how do I solve the problem with fucking NAT? I already did port forwarding(they are open, I checked), and rebooted the router for 5 minutes pulling cables, nothing helps, but in other games I have NAT type: Open. I had like 5 months to play with constant disconnects from the session and I was already pretty fed up.
