Cultivation, soil, peat (Graveyard Keeper)

After 2 uses of peat on the ground while pressing E automatically selects a seed, not turf, and to change the impossible, what's that? The type of soil is depleted by peat and is not able many times to take it? Why immediately after clicking on the ground do not give me a choice what I want to plant, and chooses?
