I out the picture and take. Current I did not understand there is a gear in the kit is to the character or just the author showed an example of the character and clothes with other mods. Something I read kind of not written anywhere that the armor in the kit is.
All UNDERSTOOD..... in this fashion ( Deep Sea - A 1950s Style Chinese Spy Preset ) do not have those clothes BUT in the comments to this mod, there are links to the gear:))
