The purple color on the sides during fights (The Elder Scrolls Online)

During the fight/brawl that is now a purple mess on the sides of the screen see. What it is and how to remove please tell me.

The idea is that it should be red. But in the game the color of all effects can be configured from the menu, interface settings, apparently something got lost in the settings
