Quest in a white void can be passed only cut out all the elves or even how to get inside the temple?

You can try to stealth to find the captive, and after that you can persuade the chief priest to release all with the world.

How to close this quest?Saved white elves,now Rimland does not close the quest.In a conversation with him only two active lines. Another line Intelligence 19 (Conditions not met) are highlighted in red and locked. Sleep in the castle in some form, I increased the intelligence to 21,and the line is still not active.....what to do?Two other lines of this quest fail.....?
