Soap will at all, as the game forcibly included TAA antialiasing which Soaps the picture !

As already advised above, put the storyteller and adjust the picture as you need to,you can remove any soap,tweak the lighting and levels,adjust contrast and sharpness,and a bunch of settings in General to adjust all under itself,or just take a ready-made preset.
