Please help! ATS does not start (American Truck Simulator)

A problem of this nature. Start applications ATS black screen, no splash screen or anything. The game license. The main thing that ETS2 everything is fine, I have it too license. Try creating a new profile, disable the steam cloud when you create, and run without mods, or try to run in OpenGL mode in steam you can select either in the config to change

Thanks for the help. Kind of started to run that it did not know just deleted and put anew and in any case until downloaded and put not touched the comp in General
