How to fix the problem with a white screen. (Inversion)

Hi all! The people help to resolve the issue with the white screen.well he's not exactly white,in some places a semi transparent characters seen.This was not there before,lost a half game and everything was fine.And today turned on the game and why the problem with the screen.Reinstalled it twice but unfortunately did not help.Help if anyone knows what I can do.Really want to finish.For earlier thanks!

Sure all is 100% out(he was looking for a solution 2 years).The fact that the game requires a monitor or television with a screen supporting at least a frequency of 100 Hz ( the monitor or TV set with high resolution).He could not play due to fog gray,and connected smart TV immediately went.Incidentally this is the only such game I met yet a life that requires high gertsovki.
