Does not run on Steam requires windows 10 ver 1809 or later (Death Stranding)

People this topic requires a version of Windows 1809 or later but now I have a version of windows 10, ver 1909.Who else faced?

same problem, someone wrote that helps you disable( uncheck) the compatibility of Windows in the root folder, file ds.
I cleaved to vidyahu updated, plowed!!!

Help. The game does not start, it requires Windows version 1809. I have updated Windows 2014. Compatibility turned off both in the game and on Windows. Still doesn't help. WHAT TO DO. Gave so much money. To masturbate and not play. HELP.
