The computer freezes on nadpisi American Megatrends.

To enter the BIOS can't, took out the battery from the Board, gave no results. I understand the problem that the system cannot determine recording pipe and because of this not start, but how to fix it, if in BIOS not to enter!

Found, I actually Simos, has perlutil it, took the battery out, switched Simos back, inserted the battery and the BIOS was supposed to fly, also disconnected all drives and USB, and run all the same... and that is...

Well, it's either the motherboard covered, or the chip (bios).
Given the fact that the motherboard you have an old (yet b75 chipset) I would not spend money on its repair. If you have a friend, who find chip and flasher, which will flash and replace the chip just so you can try. In any case, I would not have to spend for the repair of that motherboard is more expensive than 10 euros.

I understand you, but I want to add that the motherboard is not old (unless you meant the model itself) and the motherboard is new, Yes, Yes, this is a new 1155 b75 from the factory. What did China do not...

Also wanted to ask whether it could happen if there was a problem with the PSU, clean theoretically could?

Bios chip with the chipset are powered from one circuit... a Lot of cases where another crappy PSU, like Invader, were given high voltages and left, while taking a motherboard. Yes, this could happen and not only theoretically, but also practically. Generally, to reduce the risks of losing the motherboard/graphics card, etc. better not to be greedy with PD. Mean not buying power plus, and funds for a good power supply.
However don't dwell on the problem was the PSU. If you have no grounding battery backup (or stabilizer), it could be something else. Lightning somewhere hooked up, aiming for LAN cable passed... by the Way with the breakout network cable lot of cases. Sometimes saves the watering network controller, the benefit is determined by it's most often the overheating thereof. And can cause to become banal and static, the charge will be removed at the time of vpihivaniya/pulling the stick in the USB port... discharge and... or only the port will be covered, either motherboard will take. And maybe the DAC on the sound punch... there is no word of the service and the specialist will not do.

Well, then it all started then, it is necessary to dig out, could not just stop to be loaded and all. Or the computer just bought and immediately so?)
