Camera settings (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

Good day! Help to set up the camera. Sat down to play on the gamepad and faced such problem: by rotating the wheel turns the car back, the steering wheel returns. Can somebody explain how to make normal settings. So the camera did not turn.
