Bugnote job (Deus Ex: Human Revolution)

The problem is that - I have completed the mission the Meeting with Eliza kassan , is already in Detroit, you see that the job entering the dragon's lair left in the list (not counted stage to escape and get to the hangar). How to fix it and not prevent it in the future passing ?
