Where such a ping? (Need for Speed (2015))

Friends, I have NFS always says that the connection is very weak and playing will be impossible. But in CS, DOTA2, Battlefield 3\4 I have a ping of 60-70. Why NFS is a problem? The problem is the game or my Internet?

60-70 ping, or fps?If fps I would not say that a lot, NFS then more resources hawala, the clip needs to be updated, or a computer to configure (to raise the fps)

This is normal. Us servers battle fourth the maximum that I've seen is 56 ping. I read that from 40 to 60 is quite acceptable ping, where you can play comfortably. But why not in NFS
