The Russian server (Battlefield 1)

No one knows whether will there be Russian servers in multiplayer and the ping of 100-120 ???

The Russian did not seem to plan. And what you have is the problem? I also have a ping around 100. Was sagging in the game, sinned on ping, but it turned out that the video card has bad. Need in video settings, the upper dial (can't remember the name) subtract from 100 to 90 or 80. I have a high ping the game is very smooth.
