Real estate. (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Hi all.
Such a question, I have 3 houses, the first was purchased in Whiterun, in Riften the second and the third I built, Lake Manor and three.
But the Statistics in the game tells me that homes in the ownership of I have two.
Lake Estate is considered as a plot of land?

Estates are registered as land. For this there are separate stats and achievement. DLS, and therefore separately.
